Terms of Service
These terms apply to appliance repair work carried out by XOVA Appliances Pro and to requests sent through bxova.com. Booking an appointment means accepting them.
What we do
We repair household appliances in and around Hollywood, FL - refrigerators and freezers, washers and dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens and cooktops, microwaves, garbage disposals and ice makers, freestanding and built-in, gas and electric. Work outside that list, and outside the service area, is agreed case by case.
Appointments
An appointment is booked by phone at +1 (754) 269-3609 or through the form on the site, and confirmed with a time window. Someone over 18 must be present for the whole visit, and the appliance has to be accessible: cleared, connected and, where relevant, with the shut-off valve reachable.
Diagnostics and price
The technician diagnoses the appliance first and then quotes a flat price for the job, parts and labour included. Work begins only after that price is accepted, and the amount does not change afterwards unless a different fault is found and separately agreed. If the repair is declined after diagnostics, the diagnostic visit is charged at the rate stated when the appointment was booked.
Parts and warranty
We fit OEM parts where they are available for the model. Parts and labour are covered by a warranty whose length and terms are written on the invoice. The warranty covers the repair that was carried out; it does not cover other faults, wear of parts we did not replace, damage from misuse, power surges, or work done by someone else afterwards.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is finished and demonstrated. The invoice states what was done, which parts were used and what the warranty covers.
Cancelling and rescheduling
An appointment can be cancelled or moved by calling us. If nobody is at the address during the agreed window, or the appliance cannot be reached, the visit counts as a call-out.
Limits
Some appliances cannot be repaired economically or safely - the parts are discontinued, the frame is corroded, the wiring has been altered. In those cases we say so and do not charge for work we cannot stand behind. We are not liable for faults unrelated to the repair, for pre-existing damage recorded before work started, or for loss of food, laundry or business caused by an appliance failing.
